Come and be a part of the Memphis renewal! We will be assisting with the renovation/rebuild of the new Send Relief Ministry Center in Memphis and assisting the current church plant, Dwelling Place Church, through a multi-phase project.
Phase One: DEMO. We will be removing drywall/ceiling tiles/flooring damaged by rainwater from roof damage. Other needs are determined on an ongoing basis.
Phase Two: Continuation of demo as needed and begin the rebuild process through light construction (drywall installation, ceiling tile installation, painting, flooring).
Housing will be at the location – “church camping” with separate spaces and fixed showers assigned male/female. Please bring single air mattress/cot, sleeping bag/bedding/linens, and towels as needed.
All meals will be provided (Sunday dinner – Saturday breakfast) with the exception of Wednesday evening. Wednesday afternoon/evening will be a “free day” for your group to go and explore the city and grab some Memphis BBQ or dinner of your choice.
No transportation will be provided – all work will be done on site. All teams must be able to transport themselves to/from the location.
