Join us for an orientation designed for anyone who wants to learn more about refugee ministry and take the first steps toward meaningful service.

During this session, participants will:

• Get an introduction to Clarkston’s incredibly diverse refugee community
• Discover the heart and mission of Send Relief Atlanta
• Explore hands-on ways to serve: apartment ministry, ESL support, youth outreach, care ministry, seasonal events, and more

By the end, you will have the insight, confidence, and next steps you need to begin serving effectively with Send Relief Atlanta as we care for refugees together.

**Please know this orientation is a step you must take to volunteer with us**

Next steps: 

1. Register yourself and your group
   • Group leaders only: send invitations to group members to join your team
2. Come to the training on Saturday, August 29th, 2026
   • 9:30 AM – Doors open (coffee will be provided)
   • 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Training
   • Lunch is provided
