Serve Tour - Miami, FL

H3 - Dental Clinic (Fri-Sat)

2/7/2026 — 2/7/2026

In partnership with churches, associations, your state convention, and SEND Relief, the Serve Tour seeks to inspire you to engage in compassion ministry through participation in ministry projects in Miami, FL. Our plan is to find ways to meet needs and bless churches, schools, local governments, and compassion ministry non-profits. In addition, we want to strategically help local revitalized churches and bless bi-vocational pastors by providing assistance.

We want to make it easy to bring people together in Jesus’ name to make a difference.

Our goal is for the Serve Tour to become a unifying opportunity for Southern Baptists to demonstrate to a watching city who we are and more importantly, who our Savior is. As believers swarm the city, we will provide pre-trip training guides and a 30-day prayer guide to help you take your next step on missions.

What will you do?

You will begin each day of Serve Tour at the First Baptist Homestead hub. The address is 29050 SW 177th Ave, Homestead, FL 33030. Your project leader will give you instructions each morning of the Serve Tour.

Project details:

Volunteers will partner with First Baptist Church of Homestead to serve the residents of the South Dade Migrant Camp by providing compassionate, Christ-centered care to a community with significant physical and spiritual needs. A Florida Baptist Convention mobile dental unit will offer much-needed dental services to individuals who often lack access to basic treatment.

Volunteers will assist by assembling and distributing hygiene kits, hosting a prayer booth for those waiting or returning from dental care, helping with children’s activities, and offering encouragement through conversation and prayer. Volunteers will also distribute Bibles and share the hope of the gospel with residents who are open to receiving it.

Through practical service, partnership with a local church, and meaningful spiritual care, this project will bless the migrant community and demonstrate Christ’s love in tangible ways.
