In partnership with churches, associations, your state convention, and SEND Relief, the Serve Tour seeks to inspire you to engage in compassion ministry through participation in ministry projects in Miami, FL. Our plan is to find ways to meet needs and bless churches, schools, local governments, and compassion ministry non-profits. In addition, we want to strategically help local revitalized churches and bless bi-vocational pastors by providing assistance.
We want to make it easy to bring people together in Jesus’ name to make a difference.
Our goal is for the Serve Tour to become a unifying opportunity for Southern Baptists to demonstrate to a watching city who we are and more importantly, who our Savior is. As believers swarm the city, we will provide pre-trip training guides and a 30-day prayer guide to help you take your next step on missions.
What will you do?
You will check in directly at the project site at 10:00AM and will serve until approximately 3:00PM. The address is 11011 SW 104th St, Miami, FL 33176.
Project details:
Riverside Baptist Church, located beside Miami Dade College, is deeply committed to reaching the next generation with the life-changing love of Jesus. To connect with students on campus, the church will be hosting a fun, high-energy outreach event designed to build relationships and open doors for meaningful gospel conversations.
During this outreach, volunteers will help provide free food, engage students in friendly conversation, share the hope of the gospel in approachable ways, and invite them into a church community where they can feel at home. This project offers an exciting opportunity to influence the next generation, create genuine connections, and be part of what God is doing in the lives of Miami Dade College students.
