Serve Tour - Miami, FL

CF8 - Shenandoah Elementary Beautification (Sat)

2/7/2026 — 2/7/2026

In partnership with churches, associations, your state convention, and SEND Relief, the Serve Tour seeks to inspire you to engage in compassion ministry through participation in ministry projects in Miami, FL. Our plan is to find ways to meet needs and bless churches, schools, local governments, and compassion ministry non-profits. In addition, we want to strategically help local revitalized churches and bless bi-vocational pastors by providing assistance.

We want to make it easy to bring people together in Jesus’ name to make a difference.

Our goal is for the Serve Tour to become a unifying opportunity for Southern Baptists to demonstrate to a watching city who we are and more importantly, who our Savior is. As believers swarm the city, we will provide pre-trip training guides and a 30-day prayer guide to help you take your next step on missions.

What will you do?

You will begin each day of Serve Tour at the Christ Fellowship – Downtown hub. The address is 500 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132. Your project leader will give you instructions each morning of the Serve Tour.

Project details:

Reality Church Miami has spent the past year building a meaningful relationship with Shenandoah Elementary, a local Title I school, consistently showing the love and care of Christ through service. From hosting Fresh Coffee Fridays for teachers to being invited to participate in the school’s Annual Meet and Greet for the first time, the church is earning trust and opening doors for deeper ministry.

This project will allow Reality Church Miami to meet real, unmet needs on the school’s campus by completing essential outdoor work the school has been unable to address. Volunteers will refresh the campus through tasks such as mulching, weeding, planting, trimming, general cleanup, and hauling trash.

By serving, volunteers will help create a cleaner, more welcoming environment for students and staff while strengthening a growing partnership that reflects the gospel through both actions and words.
