Join us for a day of building friendships with those experiencing homelessness.
There will be four main ways we will do this:
Connecting to Friends - We will be doing street outreach in the morning with members of Send Relief's Friendship Initiative and Miracle Mile Ministries to display friendship to the people in the area and to invite them to have lunch with us.
Food with Friends - We will be putting on a block party in partnership with Simplicity Mission that will include a barbecue trailer, coffee station,
Fun with Friends - We will have a free t-shirt screen printing table. There will also be music, games, and activities setup throughout the location.
Hope for Friends - We will be hosting an outdoor time of song with local musicians and a guest speaker who will share a message of encouragement.
