A mission trip to St. Louis provides an exciting opportunity for personal interaction with kids and adults as you meet important needs. In partnership with the George Liele Center and the St. Louis Metro Baptist Association, Send Relief is at work in the city helping urban communities struggling with poverty and education disparity. Volunteers will be involved in a variety of projects including sports camps and other outreach to youth and children, meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the refugee community, distributing food to hungry families, and sharing the gospel with people living without the hope of Jesus.
What will you do?
By assisting in outreach to kids through sports camps and Vacation Bible School, construction work with local partner organizations, and furniture delivery to newly arrived refugees, we can give practical assistance, make personal connections, and share the gospel. We want to utilize your unique gifts and talents. If anyone on your team has experience in construction and building trades, we would gladly welcome your professional skills. However, all skill sets are welcome, and we are eager to give you opportunities to connect with our community and share the love of Jesus!
Once you are registered, you will receive a series of emails with details regarding your event. We will equip you with the information you need to make your experience meaningful.
